Common questions
What should I upload?
Ideally the PPR or scope of works, architectural plans, site plan and electrical spec. None are required. If something is missing, we ask, or proceed on a stated assumption.
What files do you accept?
PDF, DWG, DXF, ZIP, Word, Excel and images, up to 500 MB per job.
How long does it take?
24 hours from upload, counting business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays). A job submitted Friday at 3 pm is due Monday at 3 pm. The clock pauses while we wait for an answer from you.
When is my card charged?
Your card is saved when you upload and charged only when the pack is released. If the card is declined, the pack stays locked until you update it.
How much is a revision?
25% of the original fee, or free if the error is ours.
Can I use the drawings for construction?
No. Packs are for tender pricing only, not for construction, and not a certified engineering design.
Do you supply CAD files?
No. Drawings are Bluebeam PDF markups over the architect's plans, as one combined PDF plus individual sheets.
Which states do you cover?
Queensland first, with other states to follow. Jobs outside Queensland carry a state adjustment.
Who sees my documents?
Only us. Your documents stay confidential and are never shared with other clients.
Is AI used?
AI tools help prepare designs and estimates, and a qualified person reviews and releases every pack.
