How the fee is worked out
The fee is based on the size and value of the electrical work, then adjusted for design scope, location and turnaround. All prices exclude GST; GST is added at 10%.
1 · Value of the electrical work
Each part of the building: floor area × the indicative rate for its construction type, or that type's minimum, whichever is greater.
2 · Estimating fee by job value

Payment
Card saved at upload, charged on delivery
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
If the card is declined, the pack stays locked and we ask you to update your card.
A tax invoice with ABN and GST is emailed with every charge.
