We design and price
We design the electrical services to your PPR or scope and prepare the estimate. A qualified person reviews every pack.

Download
The pack is released within 24 business hours, your card is charged, and the download link stays live for 3 months.
The client's journey
From sign-up to feedback
| Stage | What happens |

| Sign up | Create a company account. There's no approval step, so you can lodge a job straight away. |
| Set up your profile | Company details, ABN, billing email and logo, plus your labour rate and markups. These are built into every estimate. |
| Start a job | Project name, site address and state, then each part of the building with its construction type and floor area (GFA). |
| Get a quick quote | Tick through site type, size, design scope and documents to see the fee before you commit. |
| Upload documents | PPR or scope of works, architectural plans, site plan and electrical spec are ideal but not required. The job goes ahead with whatever you have. |
| Get updates | Emails confirm the job, ask any questions, and tell you when the pack is ready. |
| Pay and download | Your card is charged when the pack is delivered. The download link works once payment clears and stays active for 3 months. |
| Request a revision | Each revision is 25% of the original fee, or free if the error is ours. |
| Give feedback | Three days after delivery we ask you to rate the job and leave a Google review. |
The 24-hour turnaround
Business days only
Counted from when you submit, Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. A job submitted Friday at 3 pm is due Monday at 3 pm. It applies to every job size.
If we need to ask you something, the clock pauses until you reply. If we don't hear back in time, we go ahead on a stated assumption.
